Laboratories

Our Civil Engineering labs include a modern computer lab equipped with the latest in AutoCAD. The AutoCAD drawings on the left are the product of projects completed by our first year engineering students.

Manual drawing classes precede the use of AutoCAD facilities. Field trips to construction sites, internships with companies both inside and outside the country and field equipment for engineering education are all part of the arsenal prepared for CU students to excel in their studies.

Strength of materials testing, steel, concrete and soil analysis is taught to students with experiential learning components and field trips.
